What does the tour include?
The tour will include visiting 3 breweries on the Florida Wine & Ale Trail.Treasure Coast,Florida. A flight/beer (depending on brewery) at each location. Bottle water on the bus, light snack, a cooler for you to put any growlers you purchase.
How old do you have to be to go on the tour?
Although some of the business allow children, we like to let our adults have some time to themselves.
Do you allow animals?
Unfortunately the only animals we allow are service animals.
IS THERE FOOD ON THE BUS?
Light snacks will be available on the bus. Some of our local breweries also have food available for purchase. We don’t recommend drinking on an empty stomach.
IS THERE WATER AVAILABLE ON THE BUS?
Yes, bottled water is provided as a part of your tour complimentary.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
All cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of your scheduled tour. Please contact us at to cancel. If you notify us with at least 7 days notice, you will be given either a full refund or you can select an alternate date.
WHAT IF I’M THE ONLY ONE WHO BOOKS A TICKET?
We reserve the right to cancel a tour if less than six (6) people have booked 24 hours prior to your tour. At that time, you will be refunded your money or you can select an alternate tour date.
WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY?
The Indian River Brew Bus will run rain or shine! The only reason a tour may be cancelled is if the area is under a Weather Warning or at the discretion of the owners if conditions are deemed unsafe to travel. Either way, you will be contacted prior to your tour for rescheduling.
IS INDIAN RIVER BREW BUS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes we are! We can accommodate two(2) wheelchairs on one tour.
WHAT IF PEOPLE GET TOO INTOXICATED OR UNRULY?
Indian River Brew Bus and its’ partners reserve the right to refuse service or participation in the tour to anyone who is visibly intoxicated. If your behavior is inappropriate and disrupts other tour guests, you may be asked to leave the tour and return to the starting point at your own expense.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE BUS?
Unfortunately, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the bus, including vaping and e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed once off the bus in compliance with brewery rules. Please observe posted non-smoking signs at brewery facilities!!
IS THIS A PARTY BUS?
We love to host your party! We also love our breweries and encourage you to respect their facility. You can lean on our shoulder if you have too much fun, but if your partying like it's 1999, we may be forced to end the festivities early. In other words, don't be that guy or gal.
WHAT ARE THE RULES?
Have a valid ID on you. YOU WILL BE CARDED! NO ID = NO BEER! NO TOUR refunds will be given for no ID’s!
If a brewery’s legal capacity will be exceeded by our groups entry, there could be a delay in us getting in (Florida State law).
Keep in mind that the craft beer you will be sampling will be 1-1/2 to 3 times higher in alcohol by volume (ABV) than most domestic beers (Miller, Bud, Corona, Pabst, Old Style, etc.)
If you get sick on the bus, there is a $150.00 clean up fee.
Please clean up after yourselves. A lot of times, we have another tour or a bus rental after your tour. The next group deserves to get on a clean bus!
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone! These rules are those of the State of Florida, the breweries that we visit, and Indian River Brew Bus.
Have the time of your life, but don’t ruin it for others!
No beer or alcohol is permitted on the bus other than the beer that was purchased from the breweries on the tour.
